- In 1994: acquisition of the plant by the J-DIS group and creation of the company GELDELIS



- In 1995: first investment program in new production material and frozen storage facility



- In 2003: certification ISO 9001 - version 2000




- In 2008: increase of the production plant and the storage area by 1500 m2. Certification IFS and BRC. Launching, at the SIAL trade show, of an innovative range of quiches and tarts specially designed for microwave heating, allowing the company to reach the retail market.

- In 2010: renewing of the IFS certification, high level, and BRC, grade A.




J-DIS is a family-run group composed of regional companies covering sectors of the animal feed and agricultural supply (under the brand TERDICI) and garden centres (under the name LYSADIS). The consolidated turnover is of 80 million €.
